ISS Security Officers have a broad knowledge of the Liquor Act and will carry out any standard operating procedure instructed to them by each venue’s management team. Our security guards are equipped with radios & earpieces, headset cameras, smart-phone based incident registers and metal detectors. Our guards are also trained to assess and defuse variable situations using only their communication skills. ISS Group also understands that every venue is managed differently, so we brief our guards to ensure that they accommodate each venue’s requirements.
